The Audioaero, Veloce, and YG Acoustics Room
YG Acoustics again showed with the battery-powered components from Veloce. The YG Acoustics Carmel loudspeakers ($18,000/pair), which I will have in for review shortly, were powered by a pair of Platino V6 monoblock amplifiers ($18,000/pair), and threw a wide and deep soundstage.
The Platino Series—LS1 linestage ($15,000) handled source selection and volume control.
Speaking of sources, Audioaero prodided its LaSource SACD player ($35,000; $40,000 with Esoteric VMK5 Neo VRDS transport).
