The NAD and Tannoy Room
NAD and Tannoy partnered in a simple setup featuring the Tannoy Glenaire loudspeakers ($10,000/pair).
The source was a NAD M50 network music player ($2500) streaming from NAD’s new M52 three-drive, RAID-5 server ($2000). I don’t know if the M52 is a proprietary server or can be used as a generic network file server. It would be great if it could; it is one of the best looking and most capable file servers I have seen.
NAD was also using its M51 35-bit 844kHz DAC and digital preamp ($2000) and M52 integrated amplifier ($6000).
