The Vaughn Loudspeakers and Wavelength Audio Room

Wavelength Audio demonstrated its components with the Vaughn Triode loudspeakers ($9995) driven by a pair of Wavelength Cardinal monoblocks ($17,000/pair).


 

Digital play back was a MacBook Air feeding a Cosecant HS USB DAC with 32/192 Denominator module (together, $4000) (left) and Royal preamplifier ($7500) (right).

A Promise Pegasus 4 NAS with Thunderbolt interface (right) provided multiples gigabytes of musical selections at lightning fast speeds. The small box in the middle is Gordon Rankin’s latest offering to the recording industry - a Nuetron USB 24/192 A/D and D/A converter ($TBA) which he introduced at the 2011 Summer NAMM show. To the left is the new Electron 24/192 stereo headphone amplifier ($TBA).
