RMAF 2009 Coverage

While I did not like the overall presentation of the Acapella Violon MK IV loudspeakers, its ionic plasma tweeter (5kHz - 50kHz) produced the most pristine clear highs I have ever heard. Perhaps the honking had more to do with the large room and lack of acoustic treatment than the horns themselves.

I had never heard of Einstein Audio components, but they are beautifully made tube designs.. This is one of the Einstein “The Final Cut” Mk23 OTL monoblocks designed specifically for high-efficiency speakers:
