Srajan Ebaen has posted a review of the GigaWatt PC-4 EVO DCB power conditioner (€10,050) at 6moons. His conclusions:
“GigaWatt’s PC-4 EVO DCB is Adam Schubert’s magnum opus. It contains everything he knows, with the very best parts he either builds himself or sources from select global vendors. It includes a quasi captive flagship power cord. I said quasi because whilst it does come off, the PowerCon twist lock means it can’t be replaced with another cord unless that were (unlikely!) equally terminated. The PC-4 offers 12 outlets in three quad groupings to support digital, low- and high-level analogue with specialized parallel filters. It offers warranted surge protection to the tune of $250’000. It’s built like a Mac truck and finished and styled like a standard component to take pride of place in the usual rack rather than hide out of sight ugly-duckling style.”
