Tom Lyle has posted a review of the Channel D Seta Piccola Mk2 phono preamplifier ($2498) at Enjoy the Music. His conclusions:
“Its greatest asset is its transparency, so transparent that when listening to records I forgot it was in my system. That’s the nicest thing that I can say about a component where its main purpose is to boost the signal from a phono cartridge. That it does so with causing as little harm as possible is not as easy as one might think. The Seta Piccola Mk2 manages to do this, and at the same time gets out of the way of the signal it is processing.”
