Bryston and Thiel joined forces again this year. Bryston had on display all of its products including as its SSP-3 surround sound processor which I was told would be out in the second quarter. My previous interview with James Tanner discussing its new products can be found here.

Thiel had a nice display of its speakers and components. Shown below are a sample crossover and various driver parts.
Thiel introduced is special edition of the CS 2.4. It has premium crossover parts and gorgeous cabinetry as you would expect.
They also showed off their top of the line CS 3.7 which debuted at CES last year driven by Bryston 28B-SST monoblocks. Extra bass was provided by a stereo pair of their SS2 subwoofers.
This was the first time I had seen their Zoet multi-room music server product.
I am not sure how it will mix with the new network server/speaker package they announced in cooperation with Olive. I wasn’t allowed to take a picture of the Olive unit or Thiel’s new Universal SmartSub because they were in the same room as a prototype floor-standing speaker based on the SCS4 they were showing their distributors. Top secret.
