CEDIA 2011 Coverage

Panasonic

Panasonic was showing off its 103″ 3D plasma television ($100,000+). I have not been that impressed with 3D in the theaters due to the dim picture, but 3D in the home is a different animal all together. Even in the pretty significant ambient light of the show floor, the picture, was bright, crisp and, well, three dimensional. It’s a pity there isn’t more good content to justify the added cost for a display or projector that is 3D capable.

If you don’t have the scratch for the big plasma, one of their 3D projectors will do the trick.
