I have a soft spot in my heart for Thiel. They were my first set of true audiophile speakers. Shown below is the special Les Paul Edition of the CS3.7. It’s distinctive yellow/red sunburst is applied in the Gibson Guitar Custom Shop. My first guitar, circa 1965, was a Gibson with the same sunburst.

The white bicycle helmet hanging on the wall is Thiel’s new waterproof Dewpoint, a variant of its PowerPoint surround speaker.
