AKFest 2010 Coverage

David Michael Audio brought with it a variety of components, all of which were a cut above those found in many of the other rooms. In particular, I thought the Harbeth P3ESRs ($2195) were captivating little monitors. Those are the ungainly Harbeth 40.1s behind the P3ESRs.

A pair of Rogue Audio M-180 tube monoblocks ($5495) took turns with a Luxman L-505U integrated ($3500) driving the speakers.

A Luxman D-05 SACD player ($4990) and a Meridian Sooloos ($8900+) provided the music. That is the Bel Canto DAC 3.5VB and external power supply ($3495) on top of the Luxman.
