Electrocompaniet trotted out its Nordic Tone Model 1 loudspeakers ($29,500/pair), which had been missing from the last several audio shows, and powered them with the big AW600 Nemo Class A monoblocks ($18,000/pair). Front end components included the new EMP-2 multi-format player ($4000) and EC-4.8 preamplifier ($5000). Running Springs Audio provided all manner of power conditioning.
