In an adjacent room, the Sonus Faber Statement Guarni Evolution loudspeakers ($22,000) got their juice from a pair of Audio Research DS450M monoblocks ($9990/pair), and their low frequency extension from a stacked pair of REL G2 subwoofers ($3500/each).

Wadia displayed its new pint-size Model 121 USB DAC with headphone amplifier ($TBA) first introduced at CEDIA.

The real action though was with the Wadia 971 transport ($17,950) and Series 9 DAC ($33,450).
